Student Grievances and Redressal Cell

The B.Ed. Department ensures that student grievances are addressed through a transparent and efficient grievance redressal mechanism. A dedicated committee, comprising faculty members, oversees the process to resolve any issues raised by students in a timely and fair manner. The grievance redressal process is designed to handle concerns related to academic matters, infrastructure, behavior, examination-related queries, and any other issues affecting the students’ academic experience.Students can submit their grievances either through a physical complaint box placed in the department or via an email, ensuring easy access for all. The committee meets regularly to review complaints, investigate matters, and provide solutions that uphold fairness and equity. Confidentiality of the complainant is maintained to protect students from any potential backlash, promoting a sense of security and trust in the process. The department is committed to maintaining a positive learning environment, and student feedback is taken seriously. Regular workshops are conducted to educate students about their rights and the grievance redressal process, encouraging them to voice their concerns without hesitation. This proactive approach ensures a harmonious academic environment, where students feel valued and supported throughout their educational journey in the B.Ed. program.
